This is the website of Rasha Rteil, an independent marketing advisory practice based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The site exists to explain the practice, publish perspectives, and open a conversation. It is not a commerce platform and it does not build audiences. The only place personal information is deliberately collected is the contact form, and the only reason it is collected is to respond to you. Alongside that, the site measures general traffic patterns using Google Analytics, which is explained below.
From the contact form. When you complete the form, you provide:
Nothing else is requested. There are no accounts, no logins, no payment details, and no special categories of personal data.
A practical note, given the nature of this work: please do not include confidential commercial information, board material, contract terms, or third-party data in a first message. Those conversations belong in a call, under the appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
From your visit. Google Analytics records standard technical and behavioural information, including the pages you view, the time spent on them, the source that brought you to the site, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the device and browser you are using. This is used in aggregate to understand which material is being read. It is not used to identify you, and it is not connected to anything you submit through the contact form.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages and perspectives are read, and to improve the site accordingly.
That is the full extent of the purpose. Your details are not used to profile you, score you, or feed an audience list.
You will not be added to any mailing list, newsletter, or marketing sequence as a result of contacting me. If a perspectives mailing is offered in future, it will require a separate and explicit opt-in, and you will be able to withdraw from it at any time.
Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with agencies, vendors, platforms, or holding companies. The independence of this practice is the point of it.
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies on your device in order to measure site traffic. Google processes this data on my behalf and may store it on servers outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States, under its own terms and safeguards.
This site does not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party marketing trackers of any kind.
You can decline or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings at any time, or by using Google’s own opt-out browser add-on. Declining them has no effect on your ability to use the site or to contact me.

Your enquiry is read by me.
The website and the contact form are operated by me. I process the submission in order to deliver it to me. Analytics is processed by Google. These providers act on instruction and under their own data protection obligations. Beyond that, your information is not disclosed to anyone, except where I am required to do so by law.
Client identities, engagement scopes, and commercial details are treated as confidential and are not disclosed in any published material without written permission. Where an engagement requires it, a formal non-disclosure agreement is signed.
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant. Where a conversation does not proceed to an engagement, the record is deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period afterwards required for legal, tax, and professional record-keeping.
Analytics data is retained according to the standard Google Analytics retention setting applied to this property.
You may ask for your information to be deleted at any point, and it will be, unless I am legally required to retain it.
